Taurus is the sign of the bull.
It spans the period from approximately
April 21st to
May 20th each year (dates may vary slightly between years).
It is associated with the traditional element of Earth, and
is classified by astrologers as having negative polarity.
The Taurus personality
is known for being steadfast and loyal. Taurus people tend to be balanced,
patient, reliable, and stable.
If you had to sum it up in just one single word, you might choose
"grounded".
Generally speaking, Taurians prefer the familiar to change,
and love security and stability.
Taurians are usually intelligent, without being
overtly, or overly, intellectual.
While Taureans have many positive attributes, there are also risks.
The principle risk is that love of security can easily turn
into inflexibility and rigidity. When left unchecked, such
tendencies can lead to jealous and obstinate behaviour.
The best career for a Taurean is generally one that allows them to be creative but
within a structured and stable environment - for example, careers such as
architecture, banking, chemistry, farming, management, or medicine.
Since Taureans tend to be averse to risk-taking, and are usually reliable
and trustworthy,
they are often well-suited to roles such as banking or financial management.
Additionally, some Taurus people are good with their hands, and for these
people, a career as a craftsperson may be a good option.
Just as in other aspects of their lives, Taureans tend to look to
stability in their relationships. They prefer harmony, are usually
faithful to their partners, and are not usually interested in sexual experimentation.
